I am an intercultural consultant and psychotherapist with a background in languages and cultures. I work with transnational people - individuals and couples - helping them integrate different parts of their complex identity and create vibrant intercultural relationships despite the disruptions in their mobile life story.

I am the founder of the Relationship Design School which is a platform for experiential learning – a creative, confidential, non-judgemental, safe space for intercultural individuals, couples and groups. Variety of programmes offering guided exploration and navigation of relational patterns, enabling the participants to co-create the relationships they love.

I offer consultancy, coaching, training and psychotherapy in English, Russian and Bulgarian. Working with bilingual and multilingual clients individually and in couples I design programmes that accommodate their migration and linguistic history. Even if I don’t speak your language, I know what it means to bridge one’s parts of personality and I can help you overcome the overwhelm that sometimes come with switching and shifting between different worlds.
